I was disappointed to buy Nokia N97. Dated 16-09-2009, I purchased at Global Jl. Bogor Indah Plaza New Nokia N97 and E71. Lebaran Nokia N97 when it experienced problems with its Bluetooth and GPRS. Because the Lebaran holiday, I was only able to bring to the Global dated 10-10-2009. Barely 1 month. Global states can not be exchanged. Should be to NOKIA Care, so I take it to Nokia Care Botani Square on the same day.
NOKIA Care states have updated firmware, the data lost everything, I agree. However seteleh waited 2 hours, all data is lost, the problem remains the same and should be improved further. Then I went back to their wisdom Global request. They agreed to replace with new.
However, not even 1 week, HP's new replacement is also problematic, keyboard light, at night, not all glowing. Then the latter increases the damage by not able to charge the battery and not be detected if the transfer of data through the data cable.
I contacted Nokia via email, jawabnnya after 4 times, always just told to go back to Nokia Care for repair. I now asked, how the quality of the N97, which I bought at a great price by my size, but not quite 1 month should be in service, replaced by a new 1-week was not yet have the service. Answer from Nokia remains the standard course, must be brought into service.
How would you feel as the owner of the goods, if it had bought the goods are not cheap, and should be back and forth to the service to break to pieces? 4 times already answered my email should be brought into service for repair. Are not there other solutions? That's all I get are after I bought the N97 and the E71 series? I highly appreciate if from NOKIA or Global, to act more wisely to this problem.
